Terms of Sale

Returns on full price merchandise must be requested within 5 days of customer receiving the merchandise.

Sale items, perfume, cosmetics, and jewelry are all final sales.
No returns or exchanges.

You must receive a return authorization number from Spoiled Pink by calling or faxing us at the number listed on the top portion of your packing slip.

When returning you must include the return form from the bottom portion of the original packing slip.

Shipping & handling costs, gift wrapping cost & other charges are non-refundable.

Once we have determined that the returned product is in the original condition as shipped from Spoiled Pink.  This includes that the items are free from pet hair, smoke or other unsellable conditions, and have all tags still on the product, we will gladly refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

Items purchased at any Spoiled Pink retail store front location may NOT be returned to our online store for any reason.

By making a purchase from the Spoiled Pink online store you are agreeing that you understand and have read these terms and conditions. By completing your transaction you also agree that you have read and understand these terms and conditions.
